Exhibition
Livslinje is an exhibition by Korean calligrapher Hong Joo Sakong. Rooted in the philosophy of the I Ching, the exhibition explores change, balance and the relationship between nature and human existence. Through line, movement, colour and texture, the works reflect on the nature of change.

About the artist
Hong Joo Sakong has practiced Korean calligraphy for nearly 45 years and has been active in Korea throughout his career. Beginning with traditional Korean painting and calligraphy, his practice has continually evolved toward a contemporary approach to
the art form. His work reflects Korean calligraphic traditions and Eastern philosophy. Curated by Nuri Sakong
